What happens after Air India's handover to Tata group?

Air India, India's national carrier, is set to be taken over by the Tata Group. The government has approved the sale of its entire stake in the airline, with plans for the transition to be completed by the end of 2021. As part of the deal, the Tata Group will acquire a majority stake in Air India, while the government will retain a 24% stake.
